Biographical / Historical

潘源良（1958-），填詞人、編劇、導演、足球評述員、書法家。筆名袁兩半。原籍廣東佛山，生於香港，現居台灣。1981年畢業於香港中文大學新聞及傳播系，隨後擔任無綫電視新聞部助理編輯、麗的電視戲劇組助理編導、香港電台電視部助理編導等。1983年發表第一首填詞作品〈濁世暖流清〉，為電視劇《溫馨集》的主題曲。

1984年加入新藝城電影公司，開展編導工作。1986年轉至德寶電影公司擔任編劇及導演，首部執導電影作品為《戀愛季節》。其後，潘源良亦有參與不少電影作品的編劇工作，作品包括《亂世兒女》、《郎心如鐵》、《狂野生死戀》、《神偷諜影》等。自2010 年起再次執導電影，作品有《出軌的女人》、《影子愛人》、《聖荷西謀殺案》。1999至 2016年間，潘源良曾任有線電視足球評述員。

潘源良有「浪子詞人」之稱，創作風格多樣，累積至今已作詞逾千並屢獲殊榮。1986年，作品〈誰可相依〉獲第5屆香港電影金像獎「最佳電影歌曲」。1987年，作品〈最愛是誰〉獲第6屆香港電影金像獎「最佳電影歌曲」。1989年，作品〈誰明浪子心〉獲兩大頒奬典禮（十大勁歌金曲及十大中文金曲）的金曲獎。1990年，作品〈憑著愛〉獲第9屆香港電影金像獎「最佳電影歌曲」。2012年，作品〈兩心花〉獲第31屆香港電影金像獎「最佳原創電影歌曲」。2019年，潘源良獲頒CASH金帆音樂獎「CASH音樂成就大獎」。
