梁任公手札六十一紙，包括：致周印昆和籍亮才信函（一）、致周印昆信函（二）、致周印昆信函（三）、致周監督信函（四）和致周印昆信函（外一包）。
1929 年，梁啟超逝世後，梁的親屬和家人商議編輯《飲冰室合集》和梁啟超年譜。編輯年譜的計劃確定後，即由梁的子女梁思成、梁思順（令嫻）署名登報，並由丁文江和梁思成親自發函，向各處徵集梁啟超與師友的往來信札。「梁任公手札六十一紙」中有丁文江致函周印昆，談及借用和歸還梁啟超手札的兩封信函，故此批信函應為當年編輯梁啟超年譜時的材料。
